A provisional booking date
may be taken and held by telephone, e mail or fax pending
receipt of the completed booking information and payment of
the deposit or payment in full if appropriate. Only the persons
named in the booking are allowed to stay in the house. Florida
law prohibits sharing, subletting or assigning. Any person
not shown in the booking form will be asked to leave
A deposit of £100 ($170)
per week is required with the completed booking form. Once
the booking is confirmed, the deposit will be non refundable
but will be deducted from the full rental due.
The full amount less the deposit
is to be paid not less than 12 weeks prior to the date of
departure. Bookings made within 12 weeks of departure are
to be paid in full at the time of booking. Full details and
key collection will be sent to you after full payment has
been received.
Cancellation.
Any cancellation is to be made in writing. If made between
4 and 12 weeks from departure 50% of deposit will be returned;
otherwise forfeited.
Arrivals/Departures.
The rental commences at 4.0pm on the day of your arrival and
ceases at 10am on the day of departure. The property is cleaned
before your arrival and again on departure. All rentals are
inclusive of electricity, water and local sales taxes. A telephone
is available and local calls are free but you need a pre paid
phone or credit card for long distance or international calls.
The owner or their agent does
not accept any liability whatsoever for death, personal injury,
accidents, loss or damage to persons or personal effects whatsoever.
In addition, the owner nor the agent accepts any responsibility
for loss, damage or changes by force majeure ( eg strikes,
floods, airport closures, weather conditions or other factors
beyond our control.
Pool Heating.
The pool is heated but in the winter months additional heating
may be requested at the time of booking. The extra heater
is supplied by the management company and payment is made
either to them or the owner for the use of that heater. The
owners cannot guarantee the temperature of the pool as this
may vary due to a variety of reasons including the weather.
Inventory.
The inventory is checked by the management company. If the
guest should find any item missing they are requested to contact
the management. A credit card imprint is taken to cover damage
or loss.
Insurance.
Clients are recommended to ensure they have adequate holiday
insurance to cover such eventualities as cancellation, accident,
sickness and damage.
